Produced by the Thomson family at Glenaroua, these single estate oils are a favourite of ours. Full, lush, elegant sweet fruit, medium pepper. Bottled varietally, these oils each display fresh, clean and aromatic qualities.

'Leccino' bold, peppery and Tuscan,pleasing finish. Dipping, dressing, cooking.
'Frantoio' Fruitier, mellow oil ideal for dipping, stirred through potato mash and for cooking.
'New Norcia' Mystery vatiety, but no mystery about the flavours and charaters of the oil. Aromatic, ripe, enough firmness of flavour to provide a lifted piquancy, rather than pepperiness.
